We will correspondence with you using the following methods :

We prefer to send correspondence by email for e-sign but we are happy to send documents by post if you prefer.

As a firm, we are committed to accommodating the specific needs of our clients. If there are adjustments, we can put in place to support you during this matter, please let us know.

 

• For letters and emails – large font or adjustments to text/paper colour.

 

• For meetings in our offices – hearing loops, accessible parking, and meeting rooms.

 

• For remote meetings – subtitles and/or transcripts, changes to backgrounds.

 

• For phone calls – avoiding non-urgent calls during rest periods or work/care responsibilities.

 

• For all communications – translations or BSL remote interpreter support.

 

If you find one method of communication works best for you, please bring this to our attention at any time.

 

We will review your matter regularly and will update you at least once a month.  We will advise you of any change in the law which may affect your case. 

 

We will advise you regarding your prospects of success and if something occurs which could affect the outcome of your case.  We will endeavour to return your telephone call the same day but will always return within a maximum of 3 days.
