Julia is the sole Director and Owner of Charles A Marshall Lawyers Limited. With over 25 years of experience of working within a law firm, Julia has a wealth of knowledge and experience.

Julia gained her qualification as a Chartered Legal Executive whilst working within a law firm and qualified as a Fellow in 2011. Julia has since gained the additional qualification of CILEx Civil Litigator & Advocate in 2019 and now holds practice rights for reserved activities within civil litigation and advocacy.

Julia has used her experience gained when previously working for small businesses based in local towns and also large, multi-national companies located within cities to create a companies which has a family feel whilst also ensuring that corporate professionalism exists to provide clients with the best possible service.

Julia’s specialisms include:

Personal Injury, (including catastrophic injury, road traffic accidents, motorcyclist claims, accidents at work, and public/occupiers liability claims); Uninsured Loss Recovery claims; Housing Disrepair Claims; High value breach of contract for both Claimant and Defendant; Advocacy attendance; Cosmetic Defect Defences; and
Debt recovery claims.
